This session is about learning about oneself and about Growth Mindset, how it can transform how we think, feel and act in a way that allows us to be more confident and promote positivity in our lives.

This practical session works through transformative exercises and tools and helps you understand their application to embed change.

You will leave with a sound understanding of what Growth Mindset is and isn't and how it can enhance your personal and professional growth. You will understand how to build back confidence and resilience to arrive back at a calm, clear and resourceful / empowered state of mind.

Furthermore, you will have the actions and toolkit needed to help you embrace your growth mindset at a personal and professional level. Refreshments will be provided.

Paid parking is available (attendees are responsible for paying parking fees).

This coaching group session will be delivered by Samina Arshad. Samina is an experienced Professional Coach, who has been coaching since 2018. She is certified by the Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest coach training provider.
