In Detail

The Enterprise City High Growth programme has had its funding extended until September 2013.

Birmingham City Council applied through Advantage West Midlands (AWM) for European Regional Development funding to continue the project.

The programme provides free mentoring to selected businesses - including businesses run by under-represented groups such as women, young people and BME people. It will give Birmingham-based businesses which have been trading for six months or more and have potential for long term growth the opportunity to receive dedicated coaching.

The professional services company Deloitte LLP was appointed to deliver the mentoring.
