Give your business a competitive edge with the Help to Grow: Management Course

West Midlands Findit members can join 30,000 senior business leaders in a practical management training programme delivered by leading business school, Aston Business School.

The scheme provides the management tools needed to help talented business leaders innovate and grow their business - and Findit members will receive an exclusive £100 discount.

Designed to be manageable alongside full-time work, modules cover financial management, strategies for growth and innovation, leading a high-performance workplace and digital adoption. By the end of the programme, business leaders will develop a tailored business growth plan to help lead their business to its full potential with access to mentoring and an alumni network.

The 12-week programme is 90% subsidised by the government as part of its Plan for Jobs and businesses pay just £750 per participant (£650 for Findit members) to help them drive growth and protect jobs.

It is aimed at senior leaders of small and medium businesses (SMEs).

The Help to Grow: Management Course includes online and face-to-face sessions, one-to-one mentoring and peer networking. With just one session a week, it is designed to fit around existing work and personal commitments.

Applicants will finish the course ready to lead on the delivery of increased profitability, innovation and growth.

To join the Help to Grow: Management Course you should:

  • Work for a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise based in the UK
  • Employ between 5 and 249 employees
