Through guided exploration, business leaders are invited to reflect on the People and Culture aspects of leading effective change.
This 45-minute session will support business leaders in further developing their toolkit in relation to leading themselves and their wider ecosystems - teams, suppliers and customers - through periods of change, with clarity and compassion.
