BAM

BAM has been building in the UK since 1874, having begun in 1869 as a carpentry workshop in the Netherlands. Now with around 28,000 employees, and an ever-growing global presence, BAM ranks among the largest construction companies in Europe and is the market leader in the Netherlands.

BAM is very active in the Midlands, having recently completed Nishkam High School in Birmingham, Parkgate Development in Solihull, and is about to commence work on the Beorma Quarter in Birmingham city centre.

Three Snowhill,
Birmingham

The third and final phase of Birmingham’s Snowhill development is the largest ever speculative office project outside London. The development is expected to cost £90 million and will sustain up to 450 construction jobs.

Two Chamberlain Square, Paradise Circus

The second building in the first phase of the flagship Paradise development, the most important development outside London. Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, Two Chamberlain Square is an eight storey, 183,000 sq ft building bringing a striking addition to Birmingham's civic core. The £700 million Paradise development will be brought forward over three phases, and has so far created around 200 jobs during construction.
