A free service to meet your recruitment needs

EAT provides co-ordinated access to dedicated and tailored job support and skills programmes to ensure that employers get the right people with the right skills for their vacancies.

EAT prides itself on the personal touch and will provide a dedicated advisor to work with each employer to ensure that business and recruitment needs are fully understood and to build a lasting relationship, focusing on the employer’s objectives all the way.

•Pre-screening of job-ready candidates.
•Pre-recruitment training, giving you the best candidate at no cost to you.

•Aftercare service, including access to training packages to help you retain your staff.


Pre-recruitment training

•EAT will work with your business to assess your requirements and co-ordinate the development and delivery of a training solution that specifically meets your needs.
Training can be provided in any occupational sector and a unique course can be tailored, that suits the exact needs of your business, to the high standards you expect.


Post-employment training

•Once you have conducted your recruitment, an established package of continuous support and training, funded through Train to Gain and/or Apprenticeships is available to further develop you workforce, including NVQ Levels 1 to 5, across a range of occupational sectors.
