Fully funded CITB Leadership and Management training is available to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) located in the Birmingham, Solihull and wider West Midlands area who are registered with the CITB.
The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction and Built Environment Sector aims to give practising Site Managers and Supervisors the foundation for their formal development in this role.
The course normally costs £1,580 and is eight days long (dates below).
Programme
The qualification does this by developing basic leadership and management skills and aims to:
• Provide the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out responsibilities efficiently and effectively
• Engender confidence to apply management skills and knowledge
• Enhance personal development through acquisition of transferable knowledge and skills
• Provide the construction industry with a network of managers who will meet the challenges of the future
