Upcoming opportunities
At our 'meet the buyer' event, you will have the chance to hear from Joe Webb, Business Development Director and Paul Bruce, Head of Procurement, who will discuss upcoming procurement opportunities on schemes in Birmingham and the wider Midlands. These include iCentrum, Starbank School, Eden Boys School and a newly awarded retirement scheme in Derbyshire and you will also be able to meet members of Thomas Vale’s procurement team.
One of Thomas Vale’s most recent projects is the development of the £35 million Digital Plaza which will compromise the design, construction and funding of a new Birmingham Science Park. The park will consist of the first iCentrum building and associated buildings which have been specifically designed for target companies in the hi-tech and digital gaming sectors.
